Speaking of history…

Forty-two years ago on this date, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed into law the Civil Rights Act of 1968. It was also known as the Fair Housing Act. This was a follow-up to the 1964 Civil Rights Act which prohibited discrimination on the basis of race.
